What is the return policy?
As every item is made to order, and custom, we do not accept returns. If your product arrives damaged, or you are unhappy with your order please get in contact with us to discuss.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. All orders above £100 will have free shipping.
When will I get my order?
Every product is made to order, therefore, our shipping can take a couple of weeks. We aim to have your product with you within two weeks of your order, however this may vary around busy times.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every product is handmade in the White Suffolk Cottage.
How are the products made?
The first step of our manufacturing proocess is printing the fabric. This is done with a mixture of wooden block stamps and lino stamps, with water or acrylic based fabric paint.
The second step of production is either sewing the cushions together or assembling the lampshade.

What colours do you have avaliable?
All of our designs are avaliable in our signature colour palette.
We do have a wider range of colours which will be used in our limited edition colourways, or in our bespoke orders.
If you would like any of our products in a different colourway, please contact us.
Do you take bespoke orders?
Yes!
We love to work on bespoke products. Whether you would like one of our designs in a different colour or with a different trim, or you have an idea for something completely different. We would be very happy to discuss any bespoke product with you.
